I've been walking toward this goal for ten years, building on it every single day: a journey that started in 2016 with a Facebook Messenger chatbot called SkyBot, evolved into developing autonomous RAG agents on Discord, publishing the LLuMi 3B/8B/70B reasoning models, and ultimately became today's Vorden infrastructure.

I coded a bot running on Facebook Messenger that wasn't trapped in static decision trees. In years when no one was using the term "Conversational AI" yet, I built a system that genuinely "spoke" — one that understood jokes, tracked context, and had a distinctive character of its own.
During that infamous period when Google shut down Discord music bots, I built my own solution. Same name, an entirely new arena: it became an intense engineering school where I learned what it takes to keep real-time audio alive under heavy load and race against milliseconds.
The moment the ChatGPT API began changing the world, I integrated Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture into Discord. AWS-backed and with deep contextual awareness, this project went down in history as one of the world's first RAG-based native agent implementations.
Eight years of chatbot, voice streaming, and RAG experience converged into a single vision. I started building Lucy from scratch — not as just another "API wrapper," but as a voice-first, enterprise-grade, multi-channel communication platform.
I released my own model family: LLuMi 3B, 8B, and 70B. Customized with instruction tuning, distilled from R1-class reasoning, and delivered with open weights, these models elevated the intelligence capacity of multilingual, real-time autonomous agents to a new level.
After ten years of teaching machines to talk, I brought all of my experience together under a single roof: Vorden. Lucy remained as the soul and voice of the platform. Voice, SMS, web chat, WhatsApp, and Telegram — all live today with a single autonomous agent, a consistent personality, and Omni-Memory (central memory).
Most AI tools today still leave the work to the human; endless prompt engineering, copy-pasting context, and manually switching between dozens of apps. We're building the exact opposite of this clunky process. Vorden is a digital colleague that absorbs context within the first second, acts autonomously on intent, and follows the work (the loop) through to the very end across every channel your customer reaches you on.
The next decade of customer communication will belong not to whoever has the most "buttons," but to whoever builds agents that listen the best, remember the clearest, and close the operational loop. We're designing a future in which every touchpoint a business has with its customers becomes a "memory," not a "burden." Every morning, we get to work to redefine these standards.
We love pushing the limits, but we only ship what's actually "usable." The most cutting-edge (edge) research in the lab only matters to us if it can survive the stress test of a real customer conversation. We don't sell dreams — we sell a working future.
Every new capability in Vorden earns its place only if it makes a real interaction faster, clearer, or more "human." If a feature just adds complexity without improving the user experience, it doesn't make it into our codebase.
Data sovereignty is non-negotiable: your data stays within EU borders. Encryption architecture, audit logs, and compliance controls weren't bolted onto Vorden after the fact — they've been embedded into the core of the infrastructure from day one.
